The meth smell is hard to describe, but once you've smelled it, you never forget it.

Meth has a noxious, sickeningly sweet, heavy chemical odor and has often been compared to cat urine, nail polish remover (acetone), burnt plastic or rotten eggs. BUT, meth use or production doesn’t always leave odors. It depends on the amount of cooking or meth use, type of cook, duration, and property ventilation.
