Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If this product has been opened in a contaminated environment; please do not return. 

1. Contact us via support@bestmethtest.com advising us that you want a refund.  Please provide order number or name;

2. The item(s) must be returned to the address below for a refund;

3. Customer to pay postage;

4. Return of item must be within 30 days of initial purchase;

5. Upon receipt of return, we will refund purchase price via the payment gateway you originally purchased:

    - less shipping if we paid for the postage to you

    - we may charge a restocking fee; up to 10%;
